About DTF
5DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing is a transfer method where the design is printed onto a special film, coated with adhesive powder, cured, and then heat-pressed onto fabric or other surfaces. It produces vibrant, durable, full-color prints on cotton, polyester, blends, and dark garments.
It's the technology most print shops now use for everything from one-off tees to repeat wholesale runs because it doesn't require garment-specific setup like screen printing does.
A gang sheet is a single large DTF layout with multiple designs nested together. You send one file with all your designs, we print it as a single unit, and you cut the designs apart to press them individually on garments.
You pay for the sheet length, not per design — so fitting ten logos on a 24" sheet costs the same as one design that fills the whole sheet.
DTF: full-color heat-applied transfer for apparel. Works on almost any fabric.
UV DTF: peel-and-stick transfer for hard surfaces (glass, metal, ceramic). Not for fabric.
Screen printing: ink pushed through a mesh stencil onto the garment. Economical for very high volume with limited colors.
Sublimation: dye that bonds with polyester fibers. Only works on light-colored poly/poly-blend fabric and hard substrates with polymer coating.
Print shops, contract decorators, screen printers adding transfers to their menu, embroidery shops expanding into apparel, resellers, Etsy sellers, and apparel brands with repeat production. If you need consistent print quality, flexible order sizes, and fast turnaround, this catalog is built for you.
Yes. There are no licensing restrictions on the transfers themselves — you own what you design and print. Make sure the artwork you upload doesn't infringe third-party trademarks or copyrights; that's on you, not on us.

Priced by the inch of sheet length at a fixed width per product. No setup fees, no per-design charges, no volume tiers you have to unlock. The price you see on the product page is the wholesale rate — same on your first sheet or your hundredth.
Example: Custom DTF Gang Sheet is $0.35 per inch of length at 24" wide. A 36" sheet is $12.60; a 120" sheet is $42.00.
No minimums. One 24" sheet or a 600" production run — same wholesale rate either way. You don't have to qualify as a wholesale customer or hit a volume threshold to get the listed price.
No. The listed price is the price. No volume tiers, no custom quotes, no negotiation. The self-service model keeps our overhead low and that savings is already in the base price.
First-time buyers get SAVE20 (20% off first order) — that's the only discount code on the site.
Not currently. All orders check out through the site with standard payment methods (credit card, Shop Pay installments for orders over $35). This keeps the model simple and prices low for everyone.
Yes. Use coupon code SAVE20 at checkout for 20% off your first order. Applies to all five products. One-time use per customer.
Only Same Day DTF Gang Sheet and UV DTF Transfers are eligible for same-day production (order by 1 PM ET Mon–Fri). Custom DTF, Budget Cold Peel, and Glitter DTF all run on standard 24-hour production turnaround.
Ordering & Files
5PNG, PDF, and AI files at 300 DPI are the best match for DTF printing. PNG with a transparent background is the safest choice for most designs. JPG works for previews but isn't ideal for final print because it doesn't support transparency.
Yes, we offer a built-in online gang sheet builder directly on our product page. You can easily upload multiple designs and arrange your layout using a simple drag-and-drop interface—no software or login required. Your finished design attaches to your order automatically.
Yes, that is exactly what gang sheets are for. You can upload multiple designs and arrange them using our online builder or your own design tool before uploading. We print everything on a single sheet, so you pay only for the total length of the sheet, not per design.
Our team reviews every file before production. If we spot an issue (low resolution, missing transparency, tiny fonts) we'll reach out before printing. Files requiring corrections may delay turnaround, and rush orders may lose their same-day slot while issues are resolved.
No — UV DTF does not print transparencies. Gradients work fine, but any transparent area in the artwork won't reproduce correctly. Design around solid and gradient areas only.
Standard DTF (Custom, Same Day, Budget, Glitter) all handle transparency without issues.
Turnaround & Rush
6Standard production turnaround is 24 hours Monday–Friday from order confirmation. Weekends and federal holidays don't count toward the 24-hour clock. Shipping time is separate and depends on the method chosen at checkout.
1:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday. Orders confirmed at checkout before the cutoff on an eligible product (Same Day DTF Gang Sheet or UV DTF Transfers) ship the same business day.
Only Same Day DTF Gang Sheet and UV DTF Transfers. Custom DTF, Budget Cold Peel, and Glitter DTF all run on standard 24-hour production turnaround Mon–Fri.
No. Same-day refers toproduction, not delivery. Your order leaves our Miami facility the same business day; delivery depends on the shipping method you pick at checkout (Ground, 2nd Day, Next Day).
Yes — the 1:00 PM ET cutoff is fixed. In local terms that's 12:00 PM CT, 11:00 AM MT, and 10:00 AM PT. West Coast customers effectively have until mid-morning to confirm same-day orders. If you miss the cutoff, your order is produced on the next business day with standard 24-hour production turnaround.
The cutoff applies to the moment your order is confirmed at checkout, not when you add items to cart. If checkout completes before 1:00 PM ET, you're in. If it completes at 1:01 PM ET, the order rolls to the next business day. Our system timestamps orders automatically — there's no manual judgment call.

Not compatible: Fabrics, porous/unfinished materials, rubber, silicone, textured surfaces, paper, cardboard, oily surfaces.
Standard DTF (Same Day / Custom): 300 °F (149 °C) · 10–12 seconds · Medium–Heavy pressure Hot Peel
Budget Cold Peel DTF: 300 °F (149 °C) · 10–12 seconds · Medium–Heavy pressure Cold Peel
Glitter DTF: 310 °F (154 °C) · 10–15 seconds · Medium–Heavy pressure Cold Peel
UV DTF: No heat required — peel and stick on clean, smooth, non-porous surfaces.
Hot peel: Wait 2–4 seconds after pressing, then peel while still warm for the fastest workflow. If you can't peel within that window, the film also releases cleanly after the transfer has fully cooled — there's no hard cutoff.
Cold peel: Wait until the transfer is completely cool before peeling. Best for fine details or delicate elements — and required for Glitter DTF so the glitter layer bonds correctly.
Custom DTF Gang Sheet and Same Day DTF are hot peel. Budget Cold Peel and Glitter DTF are cold peel. UV DTF is neither — it's peel-and-stick (no heat, no press).
Recommended. A teflon sheet protects the design during pressing and helps with durability on the second press. A second pressing (5–7 seconds after peel) is also recommended for maximum wash performance.
With proper application (correct temperature, pressure, teflon sheet, second pressing) DTF transfers hold up well to repeated washing. For best results, wash inside-out in cool water and avoid high-heat drying. Results depend on fabric, garment quality, and washing habits — but quality DTF applied correctly is built to outlast the garment itself for everyday apparel.
DTF transfers keep well for several months when stored cool, dry, flat, and out of direct sunlight. Humidity is the main enemy of shelf life — it affects the adhesive layer. Most resellers keep stock on hand and press on demand. If sheets are stored longer than 6 months, test a small area before running a production batch.
For production work we recommend a heat press capable of 300–310°F with even, medium-heavy pressure. Household irons don't hold temperature consistently or apply even pressure, so results vary and durability drops. If you're just testing a design at home, an iron can work for apparel DTF — but for client orders and reselling, a heat press is the difference between "worked once" and "held up through 50 washes."
UV DTF doesn't need any heat equipment — it's peel-and-stick on clean hard surfaces.
No — DTF transfers are single-use. Once the adhesive is pressed onto a garment, the design bonds to the fabric and the carrier film is peeled away. The transfer can't be lifted off and reapplied to a different garment.
Iron-on transfers typically use inkjet printed heat-transfer paper designed for home irons and light fabrics — limited durability, prone to cracking, and usually not suitable for dark garments without extra steps.
DTF (Direct-to-Film) is a commercial transfer method that prints full-color with a white underbase, so it works on dark and light fabrics, holds up to repeat washing when applied correctly, and is built for print-shop production volume. If you're selling apparel or running client jobs, DTF is the workflow most shops standardize on.
DTF: full-color, photo-quality detail, works on almost any fabric, no screen setup. Best for mixed designs, small runs, and jobs with many colors per print.
Screen print transfers: traditional Plastisol ink pushed through screens. Economical at very high volume on limited-color designs, but has a per-color setup cost and isn't practical for small runs, photo detail, or unique-per-unit work.
Most print shops run DTF for short/mixed work and screen print for single-design bulk runs of 100+ pieces.
Returns & Guarantees
3Because every transfer is custom-printed from your artwork, DTF transfers are non-refundable.
If a sheet arrives with a production error on our end — misprint, color shift, missing element, shipping damage — contact us within 7 days with photos and we will reprint or replace at no cost.
Reprints cover production errors on our side: misprint, color shift, missing element, transit damage. We don't reprint for artwork issues you approved before production (low-resolution file, cropped design, wrong color in source file) — that's why we review files before printing and flag concerns.
Our team reviews every file before production. If we catch an issue (low resolution, missing transparency, tiny fonts), we contact you before printing. If something slips through that's clearly our oversight, we'll work with you on a reprint. If it's an issue in the source file that matches what we printed, the transfer is considered correctly produced.
