HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SHEET TO BUY?
You will know how many inches in length you will need after you create your gang sheet.
A gang sheet is simply a PNG, PDF, AI, PSD file that is sized 22 inches wide and the height or length is what varies.
You import your artwork onto that document and size them to what you need and multiply them until you have the number of designs you need. Once all your artwork is on there, you will be able to see how many inches you need to order.
Please keep your sheets at a maximum of 150-180 inches – this will assist in saving your files easier/opening easier. It is okay if you buy a sheet of 300 inches but then send us 2 -3 files so long as the 2-3 files add up to the 300 inches purchased
TIPS! If you need to do 100 shirts with the exact same logo, you do not need to manually place 100 logos on your gang sheet! You can simply place 10-20 of them on a sheet and then you would give us the instructions that your sheet needs to be printed out X times.
Let’s say you place 20 logos on a sheet sized 22x50 inches. You need 100 logos so you would tell us to print out your sheet 5 times. You will then know you need to purchase 250 inches ( 50 inches of your sheet x 5 times printed out = 250 inches needed)
Be sure to leave a margin around the sheet – your artwork should be 21.8-21.9 inches wide inside of that 22 inches wide document as you do not want your artwork to get cut off.

Yes, give us a call & we can give you some quick tips in getting you set up so you can learn how to correctly gang your artwork in the correct size/resolution. Most issues arise from starting the file wrong or saving in incorrect size/resolution!
WHAT ARE THE SETTINGS THE ARTWORK SHOULD BE IN?
You should be in RGB color mode and 300 ppi (pixels per inch).
It is best to save your files as PNG (make sure you stay scaled at 100% when exporting) with a transparent background. You can also save your files as PDF. We also accept .AI or .PSD files
DO YOU CHECK MY ARTWORK?
We don’t necessarily check every design in your file as we see many files every day! However, anytime a staff member notices something off or sees a potential mistake, we will be sure to notify you and give you the opportunity to fix it! Please note, we do not catch all mistakes, it is the buyers responsibility to check. It is best you have vector files as this kind of printing requires high quality artwork.
Please note the buyer is responsible for making sure they have legal rights and approval to print the artwork submitted.
PRESSING THE TRANSFERS:
Temperature: 285-320 F
Press your transfers for 10 seconds. Be sure to use high pressure of approximately 60 PSI.
You will need to let your item cool down and once it is cold, you will carefully peel off the film.
After your film is peeled, cover your design with a teflon sheet or parchment paper and repress another 10 seconds. And that's it!
WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
We strive to have your orders out within 2-4 business days after an order is placed (not including weekends or holidays!). If you are in a rush, do not worry! We offer SAME DAY printing options for a fee. If you select YES to same day printing service before 12 noon EST, your order is guaranteed to go out that day.
Please note if you do not send your artwork after your order or if there are issues with your artwork size/resolution etc., this may delay processing times.
I DON'T KNOW HOW TO SIZE MY ARTWORK, CAN YOU HELP?
Yes, here is a quick suggested guide for artwork sizes. Please note these are just our personal suggestions! We find the most important measurement is the width! It may be best to get a measuring tape and measure on a shirt if you want to be extra safe!
ADULT FULL FRONT: 10-11 inches wide (max 12/13 inches height)
ADULT FULL BACK: 11-12 inches wide (max 12/13 inches height)
ADULT LEFT CHEST: 3-4 inches wide
LADY FULL FRONT: 9-10 inches wide
LADY FULL BACK: 10-10.8 inches wide
LADY LEFT CHEST: 3-3.5 inches wide
YOUTH FULL FRONT: 7-8 inches wide
YOUTH FULL BACK: 8-9 inches wide
INFANT FULL FRONT: 6-6.5 inches wide
BABY FULL FRONT: 4-4.5 inches wide
MY COLORS DON’T LOOK THE SAME AS MY SCREEN, WHAT CAN I DO?
It is important to note that every computer monitor/phone screen will display an image in a different tone due to different settings. We do not guarantee the color you see on the screen is the color that will be printed due to this. For best results, it is best to use pantone coloring or hex codes to get the color you are looking for.
We do suggest if you are looking for a very specific tone to make a small order and place different tones of that color on there and label them. This way you will be able to press and see real results before committing to a larger order!
WHAT KINDS OF ARTWORK AREN’T RECOMMENDED FOR DTF PRINTING?
Glow in the dark, metallic, or tiny, thin fine details.
Anything in your artwork that is tiny or has very fine lines/details, it is best you had a few stroke points to them to make them thicker. The reason being is that you will need a good base for the adhesive powder to stick and that adhesive powder is your glue!
DO YOU HAVE ANY RECOMMENDATIONS FOR GANGING IMAGES?
Yes, it is best to separate your sheets into the larger logos separate from the smaller left chest detailed logos. This is because we will be able to print the smaller logos making sure they get a good backing but not have to worry about sacrificing the beauty of the larger logos.
