Turnaround Time
The turnaround time on your order with DTF Transfers Wholesale begins once we have received your full payment and all necessary information. Delay in the receipt of any of this information could result in production delays. Our current turnaround time is 2-5 business days after an order is placed, which does not include shipping time. Complex orders/add-ons may increase turnaround times. If you are in need of quicker turnaround and processing times, we offer same day printing services for a fee as long as the order is placed by 12pm EST.
Rush Orders
If you have a deadline for your order, it is important to let us know when placing your order. You may need to purchase a rush fee if it is evident there is not enough time to complete your order under normal circumstances. If you do not advise us about a due date until after your order has been paid for and pushed through our system, we may not be able to accommodate your request. If we notice your shipping method will not reach you in time for a deadline mentioned to us, we will do our best to reach out to you and see if you need an upgrade. Ultimately it is buyers responsibility to purchase appropriate shipping and/or rush fee if needed.
Force Majeure
Any circumstances beyond DTF Transfers Wholesale's control (such as weather delays, shipping errors by the supplier, etc.) may require more time and are not factored into the initial turnaround time estimate.
Payment
All orders must be paid in full before the order begins unless otherwise approved by DTF Transfers Wholesale staff. If you pay via check, the turnaround time clock on your order will not begin until your check clears.
Artwork
All files must be 300 DPI or vector format for best printing results. The design should be sized to the correct size you would like it to print. Text must be converted to outlines. Printing can only be as good as the artwork. DTF Transfers Wholesale will not be responsible for poor quality printing due to poor artwork. DTF Transfers Wholesale is not responsible for any misspellings, errors, or issues in your art file after your file has been submitted to us. We do our best to catch any noticeable errors and point them out to you, but we may not notice them all. If it is in your art file and on your approval, that is how we will print it. Please watch out for hidden pixels/effects as the printers will pickup everything on your document.
Art Approval | Order Proofing
All artwork is to be approved by the buyer before sending via email. Artwork must be checked for spelling, color, sizes ordered, placement of the art, and accuracy of artwork by the customer prior to submitting to us. It is very important to look over every detail of the gang sheet, including checking for hidden pixels, as this is how your transfers will print. DTF Transfers Wholesale will not accept responsibility for corrections not implemented and/or requested after artwork submission. Any modifications requested after customer approval will result in production delays and could require additional expenses. Any delays in the submission/ revision process longer than 24 hours after receipt of the order could result in production delays.
Changes to Your Order After Payment
Any changes to your order after it has been placed may delay your order, even if you have paid a rush fee and/or have given us a required date. It is very important that you do not place your order until you are certain that's what you want. Once the process begins, everyone in our shop starts to work on different aspects of the job, changes become costly and time-consuming. If your artwork has already been printed but not shipped and a change was requested, a discounted fee will be applied for a redo.
